Payment & Cancellation Policy

We require a major credit card to hold all reservations. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Your credit card will only be used to hold the reservation and nothing will be charged until your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: There is a 10% booking fee on all reservations. Cancellations that take place 30 days or more prior to the reservation will receive a full refund minus the 10% booking fee. Cancellations that take place 30-3 days prior to the reservation will receive a 50% discount. There is no refund for cancellations that take place within 3 days of the reservation. If I am able to rebook any room at any time, there will only be a 10% booking fee charge.

Policies: We are a Pet free, Smoking free facility. If there is smoking or pets in the rooms there will be a $250 charge.
